Terms of Service

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "Partner", "you") and Softisland Hongkong Limited ("Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the IGXE.com platform, API services, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

IGXE.com provides API-based access to CS2 (Counter-Strike 2) virtual item inventory and pricing data for business clients. We offer bulk item procurement, real-time inventory feeds, and automated delivery services for integration into third-party platforms including trading sites, case opening websites, and gaming applications.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Eligibility Requirements

2.1 Business Use

The Service is intended for business and commercial use only. By registering for API access, you represent and warrant that you are acting on behalf of a legitimate business entity and have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2.2 Territorial Restrictions

The Service is not available to entities incorporated in, or primarily operating from, the following jurisdictions: Iran, North Korea (DPRK), Syria, Cuba, the Crimea region, and any other territory where use of such services is prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 Compliance with Laws

You represent and warrant that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and consumer protection laws.

3. Account and API Access

3.1 Registration

Access to the Service requires registration and approval by the Company. Upon approval, you will be issued API credentials ("API Key") to access our services.

3.2 API Key Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your API Key. You must:

• Keep your API Key confidential and not share it with unauthorized parties
• Implement appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access
• Notify the Company immediately upon discovering any unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activities conducted using your API Key, whether or not authorized by you.

3.3 Account Verification

The Company may require business verification documentation, including but not limited to:

• Business registration certificates
• Identification of beneficial owners and authorized representatives
• Proof of business address
• Description of intended use of the Service

4. Service Description

4.1 API Services

IGXE.com provides the following API services:

• Inventory Access: Real-time access to available CS2 item inventory
• Pricing Data: Current market pricing and historical price data
• Order Placement: Programmatic purchasing of items in bulk
• Automated Delivery: Item delivery via Steam Trade Offer system
• Webhooks: Real-time notifications for order status and inventory updates

4.2 Service Level

The Company strives to maintain high availability of API services. Target uptime is 99.9%. However, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

4.3 Rate Limits

API access is subject to rate limits as specified in the API documentation. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension of API access.

5. Orders and Transactions

5.1 Order Placement

Orders are placed through the API by specifying item identifiers and quantities. All orders are subject to inventory availability at the time of processing.

5.2 Pricing

Item prices are determined by the Company and are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price charged. All prices are denominated in United States Dollars (USD).

5.3 Order Confirmation

An order is confirmed when the API returns a successful order confirmation response. Upon confirmation, the order amount is deducted from your account balance.

5.4 Delivery

Items are delivered via Steam Trade Offer to the designated Steam account. Delivery is typically completed within minutes of order confirmation, subject to Steam platform availability. You must provide a valid Steam Trade URL for delivery.

5.5 Delivery Failures

If delivery fails due to invalid Trade URL, Steam trade restrictions, or rejection of Trade Offer, the Company will attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be cancelled and funds returned to your account balance.

6. Funds and Payment

6.1 Account Balance

You must maintain a positive account balance to place orders. Orders are deducted from your available balance upon confirmation.

6.2 Deposits

Funds may be added to your account through approved payment methods. Minimum deposit amounts and payment terms will be communicated during onboarding.

6.3 Credit Terms

Credit terms may be available for qualified Partners at the Company's sole discretion. Credit terms, limits, and payment schedules will be specified in a separate agreement.

6.4 Currency

All prices, balances, and transactions are denominated in United States Dollars (USD).

7. Fees

The Company may charge fees for API access, transactions, and other services. Applicable fees will be communicated during onboarding and may be modified with thirty (30) days' notice.

Volume-based pricing and custom fee structures may be available for high-volume Partners.

8. Acceptable Use

8.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

• Integrate item inventory into your trading platform or application
• Procure items for delivery to your end users
• Access pricing data for display or analysis purposes
• Automate order fulfillment processes

8.2 Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Resell or redistribute API access to third parties
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the API
• Use automated tools to scrape data beyond authorized API access
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users' access
• Submit fraudulent orders or use stolen payment methods
• Engage in money laundering or other financial crimes

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of API access.

9. Data and Privacy

9.1 Data Usage

You may use inventory and pricing data obtained through the API for the purposes specified in Section 8.1. You must not use the data to create competing services or for purposes not authorized by these Terms.

9.2 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate data, the Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of inventory or pricing data. You are responsible for implementing appropriate validation in your systems.

9.3 Confidentiality

Pricing structures, volume discounts, and other commercial terms are confidential information. You agree not to disclose such information to third parties without the Company's prior written consent.

10. Support and Documentation

The Company provides API documentation and technical support to assist with integration. Support is available via api@igxe.com. Response times and support levels may vary based on your service tier.

11. Service Modifications

The Company may modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the API or Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that may affect your integration. You are responsible for updating your integration to accommodate API changes.

12. Suspension and Termination

12.1 Suspension

The Company may suspend your API access if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable policies
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity is detected
• Your account has outstanding unpaid balances
• Required by law or regulatory authority

12.2 Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with thirty (30) days' written notice. The Company may terminate immediately for material breach of these Terms.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your API access will be revoked
• Outstanding orders will be completed or cancelled at the Company's discretion
• Remaining account balance (if any) will be refunded within thirty (30) days, less any outstanding fees or charges
• You must cease all use of the API and delete any cached data

13. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, API, documentation, and related materials are owned by Softisland Hongkong Limited or its licensors. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the API solely for the purposes described herein.

CS2, Counter-Strike, Steam, and related marks are trademarks of Valve Corporation. IGXE.com is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.

14. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party platforms, particularly Steam, for item delivery. The Company is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or policies of third-party services. Changes to Steam's policies or API may affect the Service.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

The Company does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Inventory will always be available to fulfill orders
• Pricing data will be accurate or complete
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Softisland Hongkong Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
• Claims by your end users related to items procured through the Service

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hong Kong SAR. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

19. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, third-party platform disruptions (including Steam), or public health emergencies.

20. Amendments

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the API dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

21. General Provisions

• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Service.
• If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• The Company's failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
• You may not assign these Terms without the Company's consent. The Company may assign freely.
• The English version of these Terms prevails over any translation.
