Age of Conan: Cracking Medieval skulls

I wonder if Arnold Swartzenegger ever imagined that the icon he played in a movie once (and he was not the first to play Conan) would eventually become a really great MMORPG. 

Immersing thousands of players into the world of Conan the Barbarian. Enveloping a whole section of the online Fantasy world of MMO's. I bet he did not even remotely consider it in his wildest dreams. Imagine if you will, a world of steel and magic, mingled in such a way as to coexist, nay, not just coexist but to require a symbiotic relationship to each other. A world in which a lone barbarian can rise against a powerful and destructive sorcerer bent on ruling the world with fear and hate. A barbarian who saw outrages performed daily, betrayal and corruption, pure evil being dragged flailing from the abyss and into the light of day. And that same barbarian deciding to put an end to it. Imagine rising to power, from nothing, with nothing but a sword, and a few companions who knew you could not do it alone. 

Gripping a whole empire by the throat of its corrupt dictator, and crushing the evil from it. And he didn't stop there, no he proceeded to journey through the empire, and declare to each of the barons and dukes in power, that they were in the wrong too. That they would all bow to him and those that would not, would feel the cold of his steel in their gut. Imagine gaining the love of hundreds of thousands of people, with compassion, strength and a firm grip on a two handed sorcerer-slaying blade of legend. And all you wanted in the beginning was justice for your family.
