The folks at Codemasters are showing off some of the new armor sets that will be released with Episode 3: Spirits Awakening for ArchLord. First of the new armour added in Episode 3: Spirits Awakening is from the Frozen Infinity, the Ice Spirit Realm. The increased skill level effect of the Chest Armour piece can increase a skill beyond its learning cap, so a skill learnt to Rank 5 becomes Rank 7 and includes all the bonuses of those two additional ranks based on the normal progression of the skill.
