E-mail services will be performing a hardware and software upgrade on IGXE server on Jan.25th.2008(EST).All of servers in IGXE datacenter stopped responding for 3 hours including Live Help Online, but you can order in our web normally. The orders of website will be dealed with until the maintenance completed.
The official upgrade slot is: Friday, from 4:00 to 7:00 Am, 2008 (EST)
No changes will be necessary on the IGXE order. They will come up after the maintenance as normal. Everything (e.g. orders, file systems, Emails etc) should remain exactly the same as it was.
