IGXE Gift Card is a prepaid card that the recipient can use it to buy any item at IGXE.com. IGXE Gift card is not a rechargeable card. It cannot be combined with any other offer such like coupon, voucher, sales guide and promotional product.

How to Use Gift Card
After your gift card order approved, an Email including Gift Card number, password and activation URL will be sent to you. IGXE Gift card must be activated by the recipient before using. Using your IGXE Gift card for a purchase is similar to using PayPal. When you add items to your cart and check out, select “ Pay by Gift Card ” , fill in your card number and password and submit, purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance. If an order exceeds the amount of the Gift Card, the balance must be paid with other available payment method.

 

What happens to the rest of my gift card if I didn't use it all at once?
There is no time limit on card validity. Your Gift Card balance will be kept permanently in your card for future purchases. You can also transfer your gift card balance into bonus dollar. However, you will only be able to use 30% of order with bonus dollar. The Card Balance transfer service is available for IGXE member only. If you are not our member, please sign up first.
